For dark kitchens

Burger buns for dark kitchens and delivery-only kitchens

A delivery kitchen has a problem the others do not: between the griddle and the first bite there are twenty to thirty minutes inside a closed, warm bag. The bun stakes its reputation there — and yours with it, because that bite is the one that becomes a rating in the app.

What happens during the journey

  • A crumb that does not collapse

Close but soft, it takes on the moisture of the bag without going limp. Too airy a bun releases water and flattens: the customer opens the box on a squashed burger.

  • A thin crust, not a brittle one

Enough structure to hold back the sauce, enough give not to crumble inside the packaging. That balance is what thirty years of baking eventually settled.

  • Consistency, because everything gets rated

On a platform, one bad evening stays visible for months. Our breads are shaped by hand in the same bakery every morning: what you serve in January is what you will serve in June.

  • Order late, delivered early

You know your volumes in the evening, after service. Order up to 9 PM the night before, delivery the next day: the cycle matches yours.

The references that travel best

The potato buns, denser and lightly sweet, take a long journey best — and they are also the smash burger's ally.

How we work together

  1. You call us with your references and the volumes of a typical week. We let you taste, and we test in your own conditions — in the bag, after twenty minutes.
  2. We settle the size and the variant that best withstand your filling and your delivery times.
  3. Order by 9 PM the evening before, delivery the next day, across the Brussels region and its outskirts.

What people ask us

Which bun survives delivery best?

Usually the potato buns: denser and lightly sweet, they cope better with the moisture of a closed bag. But it depends on your filling and your distances — the surest way is to try both and compare.

What is the minimum order?

Thirty burger buns within the Brussels region. For another reference or outside the area, call us with your volumes and we’ll find an arrangement.

How long does the bread keep?

Three to four days, sealed in its packaging at room temperature. Our breads contain no preservatives, which is what explains the window. And if you need to hold them longer, our breads can be frozen.

Can we test before committing?

That is what we recommend. Tell us what you serve: we'll come with buns and you put them through your real delivery conditions.

Test us in the bag

The only proof that counts is a burger opened twenty minutes later. Call us: we'll come with buns, and you run the test.
